“Room was clean and well equipped. Unhappy that there were not enough carts to aid in unpacking and going to the 2nd floor. Also, on checkout day the ONLY elevator was not in operation, and we had to walk down steps with our belongings. My husband is 80yo and I am handicapped. It was extremely unpleasant departure!!!”

“Bedroom next to the elevator couldn't sleep because of the elevator noise. Bathroom. I didn't realize I reserved a handicapped room to begin with. Bathroom, very little amenities. Hair was in sink. In shower, I dont know what hair and gross gunk was on the floor Shower.Tiles not secure. ”
