「My daughter and I loved this apartment! The high ceilings makes it feel so spacious. Overnight parking is only 2 blocks away. The location is perfect for walking to Reading Terminal Market and China town. The host was very helpful and responded quickly! Id definitely stay here again!」

「The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing...

「My wife and I stayed here 3 days as part of our 25th anniversary trip. It was an amazing experience! The property was spotless and had everything we needed - the Jura coffee maker was a hit.The location was ideal to walk to great shops and restaurants (highly recommend 401 Prime and Belvedere - Coffin Bar was also fun). 「I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental.」

"This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers."
