「It was amazing」

「We loved the stay but in being honest, there was a few things that we would like to mention. Thats what these are for, so I hope this is ok. My friend and I are pushing 70, I am disabled with cancer and we found that with our room being upstairs, with luggage the climb was really hard for us. The parking was confusing with no organized method of parking. Our window view was of the parking lot. BUT, on the good side, it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. 「We actually did not stay here. We had to get with management to get the check in info, due to lack of communication with the host. We arrived went to the room, checked out the bed since that’s the first thing we do. The bed frame is bent and could possibly be a safety hazard. Saw a few bugs flying the window. Started to look up some things to do then other parties started arriving. The front door to the property was slamming and noisy. You could hear people outside if your rooms and people above...
