“This was everything it advertised to be! We even had a perfect view of the Silver Dollar City fireworks and drone show from the comfort of the back porch. The hosts were easy to work with and communicated quickly. In all the units, there is a main floor and a downstairs--no upstairs. In the big house, one of the Queen bedrooms is only accessible through the bedroom with 3 Queens. One of the two pools in the resort was closed so it made the one pool a little crowded. “Check-in was supposed to be 4. Tried to check in around 3. The room wasn’t ready and the leave my cell number and they would let me know when the room was ready. Never received a call or text I called at 4:30 and room was still not ready. The A/C didn’t work properly. We reported it twice. Was told maintenance would come fix it. Maintenance came, took (stole) out fan. We went to the front desk to report the theft, they sent some one to the maintenance department. Someone……
