“Beautiful condo in nice neighborhood of a golf course. It is on the 2nd floor but came with the use of a carport which was great in the hot sun. Very well equipped kitchen also.”

“We had a wonderful time at this most unique home and property! Don's and Donna's home was exceptionally clean; nicely designed and maintained; both their home and unique "village" location exceeded our expectations. The design of the home and their wonderful decorations made us feel at home. Everything one could need: utensils; pots/pans; appliances were provided. Don responded to all inquiries rapidly and helpfully which enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this special place to anyone……

“This place was top notch! It literally had everything we needed for our trip and more. The hosts are such amazing people and it was a joy getting to meet them. We’ve been coming to tradewinds for years and have stayed in a number of their houses but this was the best one yet! We’ll be back to book again in the future. Always a plus when the listing includes the boat slip too!”

“Could not have asked for a better stay. Great communication. Excellent customer service. Perfect stay. Thanks so much!!”

“We had a nice relaxing time at Boaters paradise. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to prepare a meal. The beds , sheets and towels were all nice quality and comfortable. We loved the water view and enjoyed several beautiful sun sets in the patio. The pool was very nice ( appreciated all the beach towels too!) we enjoyed having our boat there . We didn’t know about the little beach down the road ! That was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this condo. Nick was very……

“Perfect accommodations for our family of 4. Located in Citrus Hills down the road from the Citrus Hills Country Club. Nicely stocked by the owner. Coffee station (keurig or pot) and supplies were good. Bathroom supplies were good. Kitchen snacks were good. Clean. Cable TV and internet. Easy parking. We’d stay here again. Thanks!”

“The condo was spotless and well maintained. The condo had everything I needed to have a very comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable. The place was peaceful and had a beautiful view out the screened in porch to the Withlacoochee River where I sat in the mornings and enjoyed my coffee and enjoyed quiet evenings out there as well. We had our own dock access and the boat ramp is right across the way to bring a boat in and out very easily. The property accommodates boat trailers up to 24……

“The condo was in a perfect location for using the bike trail and able to walk downtown. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. It is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. The owner was very responsive to questions and even replaced the dryer within 48 hours of it breaking down. We did not use the pool, but it looked good. ”
