City of Westminster Luxury Hotel

"This hotel is located close to Teafalgar Square and to the tube stop, Charing Cross. There are some nice restaurants on the same street for a pleasant breakfast. We especially enjoyed the filtered water stations and the guest living room. "

"A fantastic hotel in an excellent spot. Right by Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster tubes. Near all the big attractions. Lovely and quiet area just a short walk away. Reception staff were fantastic and so helpful. The range of breakfast available at the breakfast buffet was excellent quality and a lot of variety. We had breakfast on the terrace. Booked a standard twin room and it was very spacious. Would 100% stay here when in London again. "

"The front desk was great. I upgraded my room and needed to move but they let me stay in my old room until the new room was ready. It was on the same floor and it was very convenient to move down the hall. The hotel was within walking distance to sites and restaurants. It was an awesome location. They also provided a small refrigerator in the room that was stocked with water, soda, wine, candy, chips, popcorn, and coffee. It was all complimentary which is amazing and doesn’t happen in the USA ever. I can’t wait to return to London someday soon. Oh they also have a Starbucks in the hotel! It was perfect for me and my son. "
