「Great condo and marina!」

「We enjoyed our visit and the view. The condo was pristine, organized, and relaxing. The 2 decks were nice to drink coffee and have a meal. We saw deer & used the boat slip. I would definitely return again. 」

「My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. There are not many places you can find that are located on pretty much level ground and on a quiet cove. We will definitely be returning any time the condo is available when we go down to visit our son and daughter-in-law.」

「Condo was very clean, had everything needed to cook a meal, plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable,pool was large and never crowded. View from balcony was amazing. The complex was peaceful and quite. Communication with owner was timely and easy. Would definitely stay here again. Only down fall,if you are traveling with children or teens, there is nothing close by for them to do. If you are planning to stay in this location and want to rent a boat, do so early, they were booked when we arrived. 」

「What a beautiful condo! We recently stayed for a week at Lakeside Haven and it was perfect! It was equipped with everything we could think of. We enjoyed having coffee on the back deck each morning while overlooking Norris Lake. It was so peaceful! From the moment we booked to the moment we checked out the owner (Nancy) was amazing with communication, answered any questions we had, and even gave suggestions of what to do in the area. This was a great stay and we hope to visit again!」

「Townhouse was great! Layout was perfect for 3 couples. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well -equipped and the patio set on the deck overlooking the water was large enough for our group to sit comfortably.The immediate area is very nice but we were about 40 minutes away from our points of interest.Nearby Clinch River Brewing was a nice find. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Perfect spot in Deerfield. Great to have the boat slip as well. Couldn’t have asked for more. 」

「Had a great time, had everything we needed, very quiet. Had to rent a boat slip separate from this rental at deerfield marina, easy enough. One bath made it a little rough at times for 4 adults but managed. Communication was not the best. We didn’t see the number of the unit upon getting there so I text and they didn’t respond until the next day. Luckily we ended up finding the unit number. (our husbands were looking for it in our defense…it wasn’t THAT hard to see). 」

We enjoyed our Saturday dinner out on the deck and coffee in the morning. We even saw many deer grazing in the early morning and early evening. It was a very nice stay. The condo is very well done. 」
