「It came as a shock to us that we need to request room cleaning service by a specific time daily. We did not read the notice in the room and was surprised to find out such service is not a must to guest rooms? Nobody mentioned this during our checked in, only a notice in the room said it but I doubt many guest would care to read the notice in the room. We accept towel changing upon request is quite common nowadays but not room cleaning! On the whole, staff are very helpful and security seems...
