“We had a great stay at Alpenrock Hotel. Everything was clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the amenities were excellent, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to Main Street. We'd definitely stay here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Pillows are terrible and I hated the mattress. It’s an old spring style that moves around when your partner moves. The shower supplies were empty and there weren’t any tissues in the room. The temp was comfortable and the view was pretty. Overall, we had a great time.”

“Terrible experience, we booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. We were put in a room that was basically a loft, huge opening in the wall (12ft x5ft) that over looked the living room. Not a closed 2nd bedroom, no privacy, no air circulation, no fan, no windows to open. Asked for another room. Was told no, we’re booked and short staffed so can’t move you. The room was so old and dingy. The kitchen cabinets had chipped paint, falling off, old and dirty. Staff was horrendous and not at all helpful asked for……

“This is the 2nd time my family has chosen this hotel for our summer vacation. The pull-out couch comfortably slept two extra people. The kitchen was large and fully stocked. The room had two full-size bathrooms, which is a plus for families hustling to all get ready at the same time. However… I wish the hotel would have let us known prior to booking that there is a huge construction project on the property adjacent. As long as you are up and out by 7:00am, it will be no problem.
