“I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable, and the customer service was even worse.The Room was Disgusting: The bathroom sink was heavily stained, and the floor towel provided to us had a visible brown stain on it.Filthy Appliances: Both the microwave and the refrigerator were super terrible. They were clearly never cleaned and had a foul, lingering smell inside them.Horrible Bedding: The mattress had small black debris/stones on……

“I paid for a room with a king bed. When I arrived no king bed was available and the staff said the rooms with king beds weren’t cleaned. (It was 11pm) I was still charged the same amount”

“Checked in at 11PM no one at the desk, door locked. Buzzed for 5 minutes no answer. Car pulled up later with person who could get keys. No services what do ever.”
