“Stayed here while doing some work in town for the week. Really lovely apartment and highly functional. Really convenient that it was close to downtown. Only downside was a lot of motorcycle noise on Douglas Avenue.”

“We had an amazing stay at this house! The property owner made the home so inviting and homey. Everything was available, no detail was forgotten! Makeup towels, laundry basket, wide variety of kitchen appliances and utensils, blankets in the living room, coffee, tea, sugar, Splenda, etc. All details were covered to make an excellent stay! Excellent communication with the property owner! We stayed 3 days and had an excellent experience! Definitely will stay again!!!”

“If you’re coming into town for a ball tournament then this is a great place. It’s minutes from the ball park. We were able to take our daughter and drop her off and then come back and get ready to go to the ballpark. The apartment was small but comfortable for us (3 people), the beds were comfy and it was clean. We would stay here again in a minute!”

“The compact space fully embraces its vintage shabby chic roots. Everything is clean and tidy, but nothing is precious. The kitchen is updated and stocked with snacks and coffee fixings. The in-freezer ice maker was handy. The queen bed was comfortable, and we also used the luxury air mattress. The bath is small but has good water pressure, plenty of towels, and everything you need. “Very disappointing. No hot water in the bathroom or kitchen, no bedding for the futon bed, no coffee cups, very limited simple kitchen item. The elevator entrance was located in a extremely dark parking lot.”

“Going in we knew it was an apartment over a garage but what you can’t tell from the pictures is the bathroom is set up for very short people because of the sloped ceding. The mirror is so low you literally have to on your knees to use it to shave or put on makeup. The most disappointing aspect was the bed. It is a foam type bed that slopes into the middle and was so uncomfortable that my wife slept on the couch and we both woke up with bad backs. If there are children in the party who are……

“We were lucky enough to be able to stay in this lovely historic home when this neighborhood in Wichita lines their streets with luminaries for the holidays. Such a magical setting! The accommodations were perfect for our group; plenty of space, bathrooms, and comfortable beds all in a welcoming and homey atmosphere. Great location very near restaurants and shopping. Larry, our host, was so nice and quick to respond to questions. A great experience for our group!”
