“Beautful room. Everything was new. The hotel was in a great location with beach access. Access to staff and some general needs were challenging as you would have to walk to the main building for communication. Coffee in the room was very luxurious!”

“This is a working farm and the rooms are okay but a little funky. Windows don’t have screens and heating and cooling was a challenge. Distant views of the ocean.”

“The hotel's promotional photos greatly lowered the hotel's grade, because I think the actual environment of the hotel is much better than in the photos, completely beyond my imagination, the room is very clean and tidy and the scenery is extremely beautiful, the only drawback is that there is no ham sausage for breakfast”

“We had a bullet hole in our front window. Not great for the first thing you see. There was a hotel party going on next door. We advised the front desk and asked to change to another room. He said join the party. Room was very clean but very noisy. The room next to us were arguing the whole night.”

“The stay was fine. I gave it a bad review because they close down check-in at 10pm but I found nothing on the website or in correspondence from them indicating this. While they may arrange text messages and storage of the key if they can reach you, there is no internet service for a wide area on the way if coming from the north like us so not helpful. They should put this information prominently on their website.”

“Great views from the room, near many coastal hiking trails, near Point Arena for any necessities. The room has a small refrigerator & a microwave which is a plus. I have stayed here 3 times, twice in the Keeper’s Room.”

“We really enjoyed our cozy stay at Dennen’s in Little River! The farmhouse is quaint and rustic, but very clean and cozy and perfectly comfortable for our weekend stay. The staff was very communicative in the week before we arrived, making sure to check in with us and even made sure we had our special requests and extra amenities when we arrived! Our only gripe is the WiFi - cell service is already almost non existent in this area as most people know. We were warned prior to arrival that service……
