“The property was empty. No other guests. We left snorkel gear by the pool, and it was stolen. The receptionist made no attempt to even ask anyone about it when we told her. Service is non-existent. No paper in the washrooms. No one cleans dirty dishes by the pool. Host in the restaurant lying down while talking to guests, no attempt at any service. The food was good (after having to wait for an hour). Reception closes at certain hours without any warning (where the pool towels are). ……

“Rated 4 stars based on the following: The room, we had a swim out suite, is definitely 5 star as is the resort staff. The gym and hydrotherapy were also 5 star. My wife had a 3 star experience at the spa - mine was 4 star. Where things broke down was in the food department and the party culture. The food was 3 stars at best, staff is amazing and attentive, but the food just was not that good. They tried really hard to upscale the dining experience by providing individual themed restaurants in……

“Where should I even begin?😫 CONS: -No airport shuttle, even if you arrange it weeks before landing in Jamaica. The front desk girl, Oniesha, is ALWAYS moody, but the rest of the staff were approachable, helpful, and kind. -Do NOT expect towels in your room upon check-in. You may have to wait an hour or more after checking in to receive them. -The fridge stayed warmer than cool, even on HIGH. -AC stopped working periodically. -Bathroom tiles were stained (or maybe that’s just the tile color?),……
