“Staff was great; junior suite was as wonderful however no stove top for cooking as in the photo. Other than that it was a great stay!”

“The hotel is gorgeous, excellently maintained and decorated. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The front desk manager Jorge was very helpful setting up a luxury trip to the small island of Sabai off the Islas de Baru. The restaurant staff learned about my mom’s birthday and Gina led the way in organizing a celebration with balloons and cake! This is a trip we’ll never forget not only because of the beautiful amenities but also because of the dedication of the staff. Can’t forget to……

“arrived at 1 pm and was told that the rooms were not ready yet, that we should leave our passport info and go have lunch first and when return all the check in process would be done already. went back at around 3 pm but no work was done, still had to wait for another 40 minutes to finally get our rooms. ”
