“Stayed at our favorite VRBO in Salida again. This time we spent a sunny morning in Monte Vista and saw thousands of awesome cranes before heading back to Salida for shopping and dinner.”

“Great little townhome. It was clean and affordable. Loved the little air conditioner. We barely used it on the morning we left because it was cooler while we were there but I couldn't imagine not having it during the hotter months. This may or may not effect people but it is close to the main road and the sound of loud trucks would wake us every morning. Not terrible but a little annoying. We did love walking into town. “The location is perfect, a short walk to the river and all the cute shops and restaurants in downtown Salida. Convenient parking below the unit, too. The unit itself is lovely with mountain views from every window and lots of natural light. It has a very nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is well stocked with a lot of thoughtful touches such as flashlights in the bedside tables, umbrellas if it rains, a Bluetooth speaker, too many things to list. We would love to stay again next time we’re……

“The "biker" is a fantastic property. Access and parking is easy and efficient. The kitchen was very nice and equipped with all the essentials. The cookware was better than most VRBOs. The beds were in great shape and the bedrooms and bathrooms were large and well-stocked. Overall great property and location. I would definitely highly recommend.”

“I have stayed here a few times because the price is right and the location is terrific. There is little seating and the main piece of furniture, the sofa, is absolutely terrible. It converts into a bunk bed and doesn’t do any of its functions well. Most importantly it is very hard and very uncomfortable. We tried to make due with extra pillows but the sofa simply needs to be replaced. The bed is also very hard. Some may like that. I woke up with a sore back every morning. The kitchen is perfect……

“This home is in the perfect location for all the locations we wanted to see. It was decorated in Christmad magic. Making my grandchildren delighted Santa would find them for sure. Ray was extremly quick to answer any questions. The home itself was much bigger than it looks. Plenty of rooms and bedding for our family of 8. The surrounding outside area was fantasic. We never got to enjoy the game room but it has something for everyone. We would love to return during the summer months to take……
