“Not suitable for stay.”

“I had a little confusion when booking this place. I thought that it was the Hyatt next to the convention center. It's actually about 2 blocks away. It's odd in that it is listed as two different hotels: The Hyatt Place and Hyatt House. A nice hotel for the price but don't go there for the free breakfast. It's probably the most basic I've gotten from a hotel. My Sunday morning breakfast was sausage patty, scrambled eggs & potato cubes. They do have cereal and oatmeal and a few other things but it……

“1. nearly closed to where I want to go during my visit. 2. Local transportation is quite convenient around the hotel 3. Didn’t have room cleaning everyday even I did the requested 4. Need to improve the variety of breakfast . 5 need to ask for towel changing and tooth brush and tooth paste every time. 6. No free bottle of water. ”

“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”

“房間入面的被芯是發霉的，令人非常嘔心。睡上一晚後身體很痕癢、但當時未能發現其原因，直至最後一晚才發現原來被芯是超級發霉的 (又黃又黑)，職員表示正常、沒有任何反應、本人十分不滿他們的回應態度，各位入住時要小心。”

“Our stay was a one night for a family of 4. Overall the hotel was very nice and pleasant the staff upon checking in was very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only down fall but was the noise from the highway for the room that was giving to us but it didn't bother us at all. Will stay again on our next visit ”

“Overall a new facility, very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The problem is the wall is not soundproof, I can hear young people talking loudly in the room next door. I can even hear the vibration of the mobile phone... ”

“It's a simple and clean hotel in cheery creek, but it provides all the basic needs. Wifi reception is acceptable. Denver is navigated mainly by Uber for tourist. So it's not a problem as long as the place is not too far from the place you went. There is a few good restaurant nearby. No worry about food unless too late”
