“We stayed at the aprtment for three nights, but could and would definately stay for longer!! We loved all aspects of the apartment, it looked great on the photos and it didn't disappoint. it has got a lovely feel about it and we couldn't believe how much space we had. Loved the decor and the way that it had been finished. We also enjoyed the location being away from the tourist crowds. In our short stay we made sure we made use of all the different areas, relaxing on the shaded patio and cooling……

“My husband and I visited Cozumel for our first time on an anniversary trip. We love to snorkel, so the location was great with having a rental car. If you do t have transportation, it is a bit far from a lot of the restaurants and action in town. The condo was clean and had all we wanted except for laundry facilities and little things like seasoning, a dishrag or dish towel, a strainer for the small one basin sink for washing dishes, a place to hang dry clothes after the beach etc. They do have……

The apartment was clean, everything in working order and perfect for a solo traveler. Great balcony to watch the busy street and deck to relax at night with a cold beer. “We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation. Although we did not use the second bedroom , as it was just my husband and I, we liked the open space in the kitchen and dining room. The location is perfect for us as my husband likes cycling and I like scuba diving. There is a world class65 km cycling path around the island right in front of the condo. I was picked up by the scuba boat at a nearby beach club. We did not rent a car and used the bikes that we rented……

“Great location. Safe location for anyone who may be nervous about being in Cozumel (it is a very safe town). It is walking distance to downtown but far enough that you are not paying downtown prices when you go out to eat. Also walking distance to Cozumel Dive School where we had 7 amazing dives and awesome Dive Masters/instructors with a 1-3 ratio to divers during all of our dives 😊. “Jaime was wonderful with his communication and ensuring that any “hiccups” with our stay were taken care of immediately. The pool was consistently clean and the staff were very friendly to us always. We used the futon couch as a pull out for my 10 year old daughter and it worked just fine for her, however it would be uncomfortable for anyone over the age of twelve as it is well worn and lumpy We stay in Cozumel every year for 2-3 weeks and have stayed at several places on the island. “This little apartment was perfect for my needs. I wanted an affordable place to stay for 28 days. After searching I chose this studio. It has a king bed. The mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably equipped. An air mattress was provided for the week that there were 3 persons in the room. VRBO lists the complex as having a hot tub, which in fact is just a jacuzzi and that the complex has a coin laundry. That is also not true. Luckily the owner informed me that this is not the……

“Christopher is a great communicator. We felt like we were staying at home with his family. The garden area and pool are very beautiful and relaxing. Free wifi was a plus. The unit we stayed in was older but very clean. Loved that we could make our meals. No frills and affordable. The best part of this place is the location downtown, very walkable to avoid the expensive taxis. We learned the moto-taxis which was extremely convenient and inexpensive. We will definitely return. “Property is centrally located to all the activities. Check in is very easy .Property was quiet and has a security staff that is friendly and helpful . Host was responsive. The pool was great . Point to remember is the Jacuzzi is not heated which many visitors would expect. “Amazing pool. A few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Bring condiments. Great towels supplied. VERY helpful staff and communication with owner was wonderful and fast. “We were very pleased with our stay here. It was very conveniently located, secure, and clean. We liked the full kitchen, cold A/C, strong wifi, comfortable beds, gated property with secure parking, nice pool, washer and dryer, location (across the street from the beach), and the dive rinse tub (an unexpected surprise). The grocery store isn't far too walk and it's easy to walk into the main part of town. The only negative was the communication concerning maid service. We were told we would have daily maid service. When we asked what time the maid came on Saturday because we needed clean towels, we were told she comes Monday through Friday. Then when she didn't come Monday we asked again and no……

“The rental is very large and roomy. It is located across from the beach. There is no beach view from the rental. There is no view at all from it. The windows in the rental face other rentals and the curtains covering those windows are sheer and do not reach all the way to the ground. The facility has security that works a gate to the entrance and the security guy sits in a chair directly across from this rental and can see through the curtains. “Location is within walking distance to several restaurants/beach/ shopping and ferry but you are getting what you paid for ! All the basics are there: wifi, cable and basic kitchen ! “This was an incredible property in terms of landscaping and design and each villa has unique features. We had a hot tub and an outdoor plunge pool which felt like a private resort. The breakfast was some of the best food we had during our whole stay. Humberto was super helpful as was everyone on the property. We rented bikes and biked to beaches ten minutes away. Nearby restaurants close very early though so if you don’t have a car, dinner has to be ordered in or you can pre-order dinner on the……
