"The Iberostar in Cozumel is an exceptional resort! The staff is so hospitable and extremely friendly. You feel pampered from the moment that you arrive. The grounds are beautifully manicured and lush. The rooms are spotless and impeccably cleaned and stocked daily. There are five restaurants , and they all offer different, delicious cuisine every night. From Thai, to Mexican to BBQ, so much great food! The Snack Shack, just steps away from the pools and beach, has a great balance of all day food choices- fresh melons, fruit, pastries, cheese, hamburgers, fries, hot dogs, ice cream, and so much more. Parents and children are kept happy between meals. There is an excursion coordinating office right at the resort. Go scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and so much more! The boats leave right from the pier at the resort. So convenient! The beach and snorkeling/ swimming at the resort is calm, beautiful and safe. I could go on and on! My husband and I stayed for seven days, and we will definitely be going back! Highly recommend this resort!!!"

"Love this place! I keep coming back, year after year. Love the staff, they go above and beyond to make each guest feel appreciated and seen. Welcome drink on check-in, welcome back plate for returning guest in the room with guest name clearly stated with chocolate by the pillows. The underfloor have gorgeous views. One day, I wish to stay on the top floor suite. Just an Amazing hide away! Don’t come here if you don’t want to have a fun time. Th activities directs will do their best, but if you have a a bad attitude at home, like Adam Sandler says so eloquently, “same sad you” on vacation. "

"The staff was amazing! The resort was so clean, the rooms had shutters on them ( if you were on pool side) to block out sun and noise. The pool is very nice as people say. The food was never lack of options - the made to eh meat and omelettes deserve hands up! Drinks always flowing and not watered down. Close enough for a half an hour walk to the city center or the main pier. Cozumel itself is very quiet, I am a go go person and haven’t been on a really in over ten years. So be prepared to relax fully. If you get to go on the snorkel trip to the reef, starfish bay and stingray bay do it!!! You get ceviche and beer while you wade in the ocean with stingrays honestly it was up there with my camel trek in the grand Sahara at sunset. The new years party( which is why I went because new years is my favorite day) was absolutely fantastic and would go back for that. "
