“We felt nice and secluded from the tourism but close enough. Great spot if you rent a car or buggy to get around !”

“Everything was wonderful. Unfortunately the food was a big disappointment. MUNDANE buffet same food everyday. I was not able to get into the nicer dining options they were all booked and no assistance to make a reservation was offered other than try next day at front desk.”

“We loved our stay at Occidental Cozumel! The people were just so wonderful and showed us the most generous hospitality. The food was simply amazing and the cocktails were always fun and surprising. We enjoyed the beautifully manicured grounds and the traditional architecture. The snorkeling at the resort was pretty good, but while we were there we went on two different snorkeling tours to explore the Palancar Reef. What a wonderful adventure we had at Occidental!! ”

“We stayed in one of the villas and had a great stay! Spacious 3 bed 4 bath unit, super clean, friendly staff and central to everything. A short few minute drive to the beach and coastline. Only issue we had was low water pressure in the shower, but other than that, a great stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are having a great stay!”
