"Hotel staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable with a modern en suite bathroom. Breakfast was decent. Only issue was it took almost an hour to park the car (30 minutes in nearest NCP before being told it was full and joined massive queue to exit). Obviously not the hotel’s fault but apparently this is typical for Bath, especially at the weekends!"
