「It was great very comfortable. There were extra everything lots of blankets, everything thing you need in the kitchen. Lots of room we had two children and five adults. The view was beautiful the dock was great. The neighborhood made us feel safe and all the neighbors were very friendly」

「I fished from the balcony that was awesome, we rented a Pontoon boat at S4 boat rental and we drove it up to the property which has a Dock that was a nice bonus, overall a great stay. 」

「This property was a hidden gem! The kitchen and rest of the house were stocked with everything you need and more! Julie was very attentive and responsive! Our kids loved swimming in the cove and playing with all the toys. The property was wooded and high on the hill so the views were magical. We cant wait to come again!」

「This cottage is so precious and homey!! We felt so comfortable and relaxed during our stay! The kitchen was equipped to prepare any meal, and the grill was perfect for our family of six! We especially loved the ping pong table, huge porch, and the oh-so-wonderful bed swing on the screened in porch! It was perfect for an afternoon nap! We will definitely book this cottage again!」

「Great property,with an incredible views.」

「Came to town for a baseball tournament. Lovely place and we enjoyed our stay. House was spacious and mostly clean. However, there were a lot of cobwebs and the cleaning service might have missed while cleaning. Would definitely rent again」

「We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The home was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and ideal for the two of us. The owners were excellent to work with — responsive, kind, and made everything seamless. We’ll definitely be back!」

「I rented both of the owners houses that were right on Guntersville Lake at the marina. I have to say I was totally impressed with every single aspect of these properties. First the size , big well equipped, kitchens, living rooms bedrooms everything was spotless.
