「We experienced cigarette smoke in our hotel room constantly during our stay staff was unhelpful. We brought the cigarette smoke to the staff attention on multiple occasions. Staff did not rectify the problem or compensate us. Staff did not enforce the non-smoking policy and we had to suffer. Otherwise this would have been an ok place to stay.」

「The floor was filthy when we checked in. The door didnt seal shut all the way ( we were on the ground floor). There were bugs in the room. Parking sucked. There was black mold around the outlet. We ended uo only staying one night out of three due to the conditions. They do not do refunds.」

Cons, the elevators got stuck 2 out of 3 days of our stay, needs one or two more outdoor showers by the indoor pool access door for getting sand off before entering the hotel.
