"Room was filthy, no towels and door key locks didn’t work. Floor was not mopped and the faucet was leaking. When they came in to fix it they left tools everywhere on the floor. "

"Beds-comfortable. Room’s clean except the patio which had water dripping from above and soil from the lawn. This could be prevented by edging the cement edge. The breakfast was great. Typical hotel fare but the staff was amazingly friendly and on top of service. Rainy was super nice. The garage parking is very bad for large vehicles because of the turning space. A real challenge. No notice about the pool being closed for repairs anywhere on website or over phone. No screen on sliding doors which on the ground floor makes a big difference about enjoying the fresh air. There was an actual exhaust fan in the bathroom! Saw lots of dolphins. "

"We had a room on the 7th floor right on the boardwalk with a perfect view of the ocean. The ice and vending machines were directly across from our room and they have a nice club/restaurant on the ground floor that leads right out to the boardwalk. The only downside is the parking is around the block but if you are planning on being at the beach all day, it probably won't be of any concern. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity."

"This Hotel just isnt managed properly. The staff wasnt engaged with its guest at all. Clearly a punch in and punch out sort of culture. Our room was missing a shower head. When I told the staff durning checkout the staff member just looked at the "Manager". I asked them for a discount on the room since Me, my wife and my Daughter couldnt even clean up before leaving. I was told since made a reservation through Expeida that I would have to talk to them? What a joke that was. I didnt even get the courtesy of an apology. I only reserved a room, When the the sfaff wouldn't let my wife and daughter check into the room I had to call and pay for the room in full to get access to to the room. Bottom line is the hotel received the money and clearly didnt do a proper inspection of the condition of the room since they didnt know that the damn shower head was missing! I reget not putting my family in another hotel. The experience was terrible! Dont watse you money here folks. This place is nothing but a polished turd! "

"The home was very clean and the host was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive. Kitchen was fully stocked and the indoor pool was great. Everything was as advertised. Comfortable home. Would definitely stay again. Had one of our grandchildren get a stomach virus for 24 hours and the host graciously allowed us a later check out so that she got to enjoy the pool more. "
