「只有一樣嘢不好：跟前台說我們的電話壞了到最後一天都還是沒有人來修理」

「Hotel was cleaned. But there was not hot water.」

「A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great」

「Very clean. Comfortable. Close to the beach. There are cafes and restaurants on the beach to suit every taste and budget. Great pool.」

「Very nice staff」

「The hotel is very nasty, people treat you bad, and they sell something that they won’t provide to make you take a membership in order to be comfortable with the bare minimum, the food it’s terrible and don’t represent Dominican culture. Juices are not natural and they open the door to us, before the time of checkout」

「The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and parking was available at all times」

「The staff is great and very friendly. However, the property needs a little maintenance. Very peaceful and you can relax if that's what you want. Food is okey. People go to resort to eat and drink and spend time with my family. I ate when I was hungry wherever they had and it was delicious. In my opinion, you get what you pay for. If I could, I would come back.」

「Los dueños, son súper amables y atentos se los recomiendo quedan los lugares súper cerca y aunque es pequeño la verdad súper bien」

「Great buffet! Love the desserts!. They have good activities through out the day starting at 10:00 am. At night great music. We had one night DJ second night live music.」

「The Staff were rude and disrespectful. We tried to explain the situation amicably but they did not try to compromise or make us their customer feel welcome. We booked a 1000 sq ft room with 2 available beds shown in pictures but instead were given a room less than half the size. Obviously we weren’t happy but instead of trying to solve they escalated the situation by telling us they could not do anything to accommodate the reservation seeing as though the room they gave us only had one bed. 「We had a wonderful stay! The host and his companion were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They took us to Costambar, where we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the experience. The chef was also excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!」

「Very nice little studio, conveniently located in the turistic areas, very clean. I would say that only 2 people can be comfortably accommodated. The locals are not familiar with the hotel and is not visible from the street. You have to really pay attention to the sign outside. Other than that is a great option.」
