“I did not realise it was a vegan hotel :)”

“Room was large and comfortable. Only drawback was the number of flights of stairs necessary to get to it. Hotel was very convenient to get to the Mall and it was on a road that transport could drive up to the front door which is often not the case with other hotels in Darjeeling.”

“It's perfect place to stay for couples. We are newly married couple and enjoyed the stay overall. Good food as well.”

“Really bad approach road coupled with a taxi mafia of very high fare. Bring your own car or avoid.”

“The hotel stay was comfortable, service was fantastic and the breakfast spread was awesome. Only issue are rooms on higher floor need a lot of effort to get to. For ppl with some physical discomfort, recommend take an appropriate room.”

“Hotel lied when they advertised through Expedia. Such as their website said Central Heating but no heating facility in the room, They charged me for portable Heater. I complained to Expedia they did not do anything.”

“Repair work noises and uncomfortable beds. Lack of hygiene in the restaurant were downs. very prompt and helpful personnel were the pluses. ”

“DiParkr was very helpful at the front desk. He spoke great English and solved a couple of issues that other staff weren't able to fix. I was mortified to see at least 4 big fish in a tiny tank, though. The fish need either a much larger tank, or please take them to a sanctuary or somewhere where they have space to move around. Please! They're not decor. They're living beings who need better treatment. As far as the hotel, it was nice. The pool was nice. Restaurant and buffet were good and most……
