“Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.”

“I loved my stay here. The staff here were incredibly helpful and readily available. The check in process was quick, I was able to check in early. The room was the perfect size and set up very nicely. I had a good view of the Music City Center. The restaurant downstairs was equally great. Their staff were attentive and made great recommendations and the food was delicious. The coffee bar was very convenient and had a great selection. All in all, I had a great experience staying here.”

“This place is very clean and newly built. It was very close to everything that we need to get to. It’s right next to the train tracks. We did hear a train blow its horn very early in the morning, but it wasn’t too bad. You could hear it in the distance. I do recommend this place.”

“Beautiful hotel. Very clean and spacious Close to wonderful shops and restaurants. We booked it for my daughter’s Belmont University orientation. Please note that Expedia lists it as a 6 min walk to Belmont but it is actually a 1-mile (20 min) walk.”

“We reserved a room with double beds but when we arrived it is not available as we expected and end up with 1 beds 4 of ua have to share. The room is ok, but refrigerator not working properly and o trash bags for trash. Very limited resources and price is over $250 for a night. Parking is not free and no breakfast included. This is too expensive compare to elsewhere where we stay for only one third of the price and we got free parking, unlimited breakfasts. Story short we will drop this place off……

“During our stay the elevators had no lights and employee had to go with us in a dark elevator, at least I was traveling with my family. Imagine those traveling alone!! Also the fire alarm went off and staff could have told everyone that it was a false alarm but they didn’t we only found out when we had already gone downstairs. The room was very nice and spacious to accommodate our family. We did the valet parking because there’s no other option unless you find street parking and price was $60……
