「Nice area」

「Reception was very helpful. I like the free mini bar in the room. The breakfast was great and has many choice. Just only the staff was a bit rude when we were ordering the breakfast. The hotel location is excellent as it’s just next to the train and tube stations. 」

「good location nearby the Liverpool Street Station, just few mins walk, easy to reach the underground, shops and restaurants, nice room with good space. only problem is the opposite building is under re-construction, a little bit mess」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「The suite was really nice and the staff very friendly. As it is an old building, the windows are a bit small which makes the room darker but it fits the interior design. Overall we had a really nice stay at this hotel for two nights. Currently there is a big construction site opposite the hotel and while the road was closed, it wasn't noisy. 」

「The design and decoration is very stylish. The front desk staff were extremely friendly. Since I arrived quite early, they provided a convenient place for me to freshen up, which was really thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast was generous, and the transportation is reasonably convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. 」
