“整間飯店的人員很友善 服務非常好，洗衣品質佳 SPA也不錯，對街的按摩技術更好 離庫塔海灘很近 如果要ㄧ日遊可以請飯店安排 免費早餐還好，但是付費餐廳的食物很好吃 吹風機的風不大，蓮蓬頭的水很小建議改善”

“很方便，很有巴里島風格的飯店，環境很好，唯一缺點是訂房時註明2張床，到了房間卻是一張不那麼大的雙人床，花了一些時間換房間。房間裡有各種蟲類，包括蟑螂、螞蟻、小蜈蚣、小飛蚊等。可以理解有這些昆蟲，因為是很多樹木環繞的平房。如果害怕這些的可能不適合入住”

“Very disappointed with the service of the pool. There are not enough lounge chairs to cater for the amount of people in the hotel. Not good enough. A lot of guests very unhapppy. The pool staff were very helpful although not enough staff to cater to everyone. They are overworked. Need more staff. We had 2 mornings where staff knocked on our door to clean the room. We are on holidays and were asleep at 8am & 8.30am, Not appreciated. We had no hot water for nearly 2 days and told to shower at the……

“Great for couples to enjoy a relaxing few days! The suite, staff, food and facilities (including the spa and massages) were perfect. In-room services also include a bartender and floral bath, which can be arranged upon request. All the staff both throughout the hotel, the club and the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. The noise at the club also does not reach the hotel, and either way, the soundproof windows work well. ”

“The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. ”

“Absolute 10 out of 10 experience. As a first-time solo traveler to Bali, this hotel was everything I could have asked for. It’s super cute, beautiful, and very clean. The location is incredibly convenient—I booked a few tours with hotel pickup and it made exploring so easy. The breakfast was bomb, and the gorgeous pool was the cherry on top. “We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose……
