Bryan has a nice home that is very quiet. He was responsive and able to get ahold of prior to our visit. The house is conveniently located to downtown Golden which worked well for our family.

Perfect location for walkable access to downtown Golden. Good for a larger group for sleeping but not a huge living space for hanging out. Overall good though!

We were in town for a college track meet. The house was great for the 8 of us, plenty of room for everyone. The location was great to get back and forth to the track meet. Kitchen is missing a couple of key items that most cooks use regularly.

Spacious, clean, good location

The house was specious for 4 guests. We're older, so we preferred having our own rooms. :) The house was clean and functional. The location was a short walk to downtown Golden. Our stay was extremely enjoyable.The only thing that could have improved the stay was some ice trays in the freezer to avoid having to stop by a store.

Great location

Great location, less than a mile walk to downtown Golden and plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. The house matched the photos online and was comfortable for our group of 7. I appreciated that there were supplies like shampoo, soap, laundry detergent etc. One drawback was that there were only 3 chairs at the dining room table.detergent.

Wedding In Golden Colorado

We were in town for a wedding with Family members, the property was well maintained, clean, rooms were great. The townhome is in a great area, we could walk to downtown in 5/10 minutes. We liked the patio; we could sit, relax and take in the Mountain atmosphere. The book recommended Woody's Pizza which was a hit with the Family. We especially appreciate Bryan communicating with us in a timely manner.

The location of this property was convenient and less than a mile walk from downtown Golden. The townhome was nice overall. The only way to get inside the home was via the garage door, which we had a lot of trouble with. When trying to close the door, it would close halfway and then reopen. Sometimes it took us 10 or 15 minutes to close the door when we left or returned. We couldn’t figure out the issue, as there was nothing blocking the sensors, etc. We were able to close the door eventually, but it became pretty annoying. Also, we sent the property owner/manager a message via VRBO a few days before our trip asking a basic question and never received a response. Not a huge deal, but the lack of communication and the garage door issues are the reasons for the 3 stars.

Comfortable, spacious, peaceful

The accommodations were excellent. Extremely comfortable beds, very clean and spacious, and tastefully decorated. The home offers lots of light and all amenities. It is a short walk to all that Golden has to offer and easily accessible to everything in Denver and the surrounding communities. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly.

Just ok

Property was not as updated as advertised. it was not very clean and apparently since it allows animals there were numerous stains on the carpets which run upstairs and in the bedrooms. There were minimal kitchen utensils and we had to buy our own steak knives. Also, refrigerator had no icemaker. There was only one tv. it was in the living room which was small for a condo which apparently is rented for up to 10. Property manager says none of the four bedrooms have tvs as "most people watch tv on their Ipads now." The dining room only had 3 chairs so we had to buy two folding chairs for additional seating. The master bedroom was very large and strange as it had a kingsize bed and a queen size bed in the same room. Location is good as it is fairly close to downtown and Mines however, it is on Washington so there's a lot of street noise at times. The A/C was good.
