「Good services and quantity hospitality overall.
However, the Ismart control pad is relatively slow responsive. Hot water supply may find weak during night time for hot tub only, showering is all good.」

「If many overseas visitors use the hotel it would be good to have more information in English. Need clear instructions on how to check in. It was by chance that the good young manager came out as I think he saw me on CCTV waiting outside (this was before the official check-in time). Wasn't aware there was no desk to check in upon arrival.」

We stayed there for 6 nights but the housekeepers threw away our toothbrushes and slippers after the first day of housekeeping. We had to write some notes to remind them not to do so. And there was no shampoo we had to ask them for a bottle. Apart from all these minor issues, the staff of the hotel are all very nice and speak good English.
