「Some rooms are only accessible by stair, which is not convenience to travellers」

「Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.」

「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.」

「We stayed here on the night of the BTS concert in Tottenham stadium and the location was perfect. Easy to get to and from stadium and good size for up to 6 adults. Property very clean and well equipped. Only downside was the heat but there is an aircon in the living room and they have supplied 2 fans for the bedrooms.」

「Location was great. That's about it for the pros. Unfortunately it wasn't a king bed as advertised. It's a queen. The sheets didn't appear to be clean with hair, a stain in one bed and nail clippings in another. Told property manager via text and phone and nothing was done.」

「Great room size with air conditioning and large bathroom. We loved the neighborhood, with a short walk to the South Kensington metro station as well as many great restaurants. It would have been nice to have access to a microwave oven.」

「Very small cramped room. No aircon, so was sweltering. Avoid in summertime. Room was well appointed and shower good. Just about passable for the £」
