"Honestly, I am disappointed in my entire stay there. The few shared pools were small. The 2 room 2 bathroom villa was nice initially until we started getting comfortable. While in the complete glass shower out in the open, there was no where to put my foot to do a leg shave. So, I sat down on the shower floor and immediately noticed black mold under the tall ledge in the shower. The exhaust fans were LOUD. A fan sounded like it was about to go out. The big jet tub was dripping constantly. Then the main living area tv wasn’t working at all. They did quickly send maintenance, but they were there for 4 hours. It felt uncomfortable like we couldn’t be in our own villa. The groundskeepers were less than friendly. Everything was expensive, not much was included in the stay. For the amount of my entire trip, I would rather go out of the country and be treated better."

"Ashley from baggage claim area. She works night shifts. She was amazing. We got in early like 4 am sat morning., and she helped us figure out what we needed to do. We had our luggage lost and she was fso helpful to let me know they would accept it and put it away for us when wif we were not around when it come over. Also she helpped us realize walmart was close. I could have googled stuff but she was very helpful with check in and everything. She really went above and beyond ♡"

"Overall, this was a great value. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large and impeccably clean, beds were super comfy and room was cleaned daily. They provided everything you may need as far as kitchen supplies. The fact that water park tickets were included was a huge plus. The hotel is within walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops as well. The only real downsides were some of the amenities. The breakfast was okay ( would consider good as far as hotel food is concerned) but the set up was horrible for the amount of people. The evening reception was not at all what we expected but if you’re someone who drinks, they do offer free drinks during that time. The “shuttle service” into Disney parks is not actually ran by the hotel itself. It’s a third party company and it runs to a ton of other hotels so it takes forever to get to the parks. It’s also a hassle to schedule and if you don’t remember to schedule the return, you will be stuck calling an uber. All in all, we would definitely stay here again but maybe just plan a little better next time. "

"I might as well buy a little apartment here, because it's basically the only place we stay in when we go to Disney. It's 5 minutes away from Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, which we frequent for Dinner. Very easy to get to. We usually get a 2 bedroom, which has a King bed for the couple and another room with 2 twin beds, perfect for 2 extra guests (adult kids in our case). It also has a Queen sofabed, perfect for yet another 2 guests. It has a fully stocked kitchen, full fridge. It just feels like going to a vacation apartment. You can't beat that with a stick. The only iffy thing is that it has a $200 refundable deposit and a nightly resort fee, which has been increasing over the years. But they return the deposit as soon as you check out, and I've never had any issues. The resort fee might eventually be an issue for us, but honestly, other dingy places of less caliber have also started instituting resort fees. Orlando is getting more and more expensive!"
