“The property was well furnished and outfitted with everything we needed, and a nice walk from the Mayo Clinic. Our only complaint was the strong unpleasant odor from the cleaning product used, which hit us as we entered, and could still be smelled days after we continued to air out the apartment. I’d strongly suggest switching to a nontoxic, organic, non-odorous cleaning product, which we use in our own short term rental.”

“Our place was not very clean. The kitchen supplies were cheap and not workable. The microwave upstairs didn’t work and had an inch of grease on it. The furniture looked like it came from second hand stores. The mattress had stains on them. Towels were from second hand store. We had to buy towels and frying pans because they were in bad shape. No grab bars for tub. They are renting to people that are there for medical reasons. So we had to buy grab bars. He came when we call and was nice to us……

“The apartment was ok.Most importantly, the heat is only by space heaters. Not my preference and this should have been noted in the description. I don not like to sleep with a space heater on. I asked for an extra blanket as the comforters were summer-weather thin. I didn't get one. There was only one living room chair,not two as in the picture. They are very worn. The bed in the second bedroom is very low, maybe 8-10 inches off the floor. If you want to cook, the kitchenware is limited. But if……
