「Excellent location, good services and the best value hotel in Tokyo. It keeps the facility well and is comfortable and convenient to live in the centre of Tokyo.」

「WIFI is NOT working, this is not OK!」

「Being a member of the hotel group, I’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years during my visit in Shinjuku area. Cost me more than 90,000 yen for 2 nights and being allocated to a single room on 3/F. The only view from my room was the external concrete wall of a building in front. When asking for extension of check-out time at the counter, the serving staff (from other country) was not very helpful like those Japanese staff before.」

「Perfect price with location」
