「The top floor of the property, where I was forced to stay, had problems with water damage. There was a damp and mild Dewey smell throughout that was coming from the ventilation system. I was moved twice in experienced the same issue throughout. I was given the runaround by the front desk staff and lied to about being able to speak to the manager. I had concerns that there was mold there, and I had a video of one room that had water damage in the ceiling and in the walls that was visible whenever...

「The rooms needed to be updated. Wood work was dirty. All outside bathrooms were not kept up. Good was mediocre at the best. Most of the staff were great. Beach and grounds were very nice. The pool was lovely. We stayed on the adult only side . The Palace was much nicer . For the price it was good.」
