“Everything is great.”

“We love the Broadmoor. This was our third time staying staying at the resort. We celebrated a wedding anniversary. We love the beautiful grounds, large and comfy rooms, and the historic charm & artwork throughout. We have have only visited the resort during the off peak season. We are able to get a more budget friendly stay, the grounds are still beautiful but I imagine during the spring & summer, they look amazing. The only drawback this time was just the seemingly never ending “fees” and……

“Clean, nice, good food, GREAT FREE BREAKFAST ( the best we’ve had at this price point). Friendly staff. Always asked if we wanted our room cleaned. The only complaint is the hot tub is not hot. We were told that it’s the hottest it’s allowed to be by law but I think staff failed to find out that while they had it set to that temp it wasn’t actually heating to that temp because it was cold. Issues regarding this area have nothing to do with the hotel. Friday night we were woken up by revelers and……

“Everything was very nice except for the strong, unpleasant anti-septic smell when I checked into the room. Smell dissapated over 2 day stay, but was very strong the first night.”

“The overallmproperty was nice. Staff and room was great. The only problem was the reaturant and dinner staff. The one waitress on Monday night was absolutly terrble! It was like she was there to laugh and party, not to serv. We WILL NOT go back there for dinner again! By contrast, the next beeakfast server was WONDERFULL! She was attentive and very friendly, night and day difference between the dinner server!”

“The only negative was that the bathtub did not have a stopper and I take hot bathes for my back. Everything else was great, and I will definitely stay at your hotel again!”

“Its a cheap place to stay right off the interstate and they have breakfast. There are restaurants, convenince stores, and other useful businesses within walking distance. The neighborhood isnt the greatest and there is plenty of noise at night but the place is safe and secure place. With entries that require a key card to enter.”
