“The front desk service is very good and very sweet”

“Room was very comfortable with great mountain views. Felt like a studio apartment and not a hotel room. Everyone from housekeeping manager to front desk personnel were exceptional. Desiree was a standout. She made us feel like old friends! Excellent property with the very best of customer service. Great location, too ”

“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said……

“The staff was excellent!! The hotel was very nice and clean. It has a nice vibe, and the room was faultless. Seriously, (maybe TMI) it was the first hotel we’ve stayed at in the last nine months that had the toilet seat properly attached. Nothing like a wiggly seat to make you wide awake in the middle of the night trying to stay on! Thank you for not doing that Hyatt Place! We have already booked another stay and we’ll use this hotel for all of our travels to the front range/Denver area. Love……

“This place is every couples dream date night! Janelle and staff at the front desk are on point. If you need anything they are there to help. The rooms are always perfect and clean. Parking is always close and convenient. The three restaurants (West+Main, Ovest Via and Doug’s Diner) are something to remember. My wife and I enjoy a date night once a month here. You can stay close and enjoy the amenities or walk a few blocks and land on Main Street for a whole other great experience. I really……

“No breakfast as advertised? HVAC Units need updating to deliver needed heat/cold - just a fan blowing not going to cut it. Bathroom drains need cleaned out, to allow flow.”

“The room was nice and clean the stuff for courteous and some were very nice breakfast though that needs some work they were short staffed the pancake maker kept clogging up and there were always running out of something and then I got stale milk which made me sick and the pool smelled like dirty feet but it was really nice the hot tub was the right temperature nice and hot and the pool was nice and warm”
