“we booked two rooms, the room in the first floor is worse, the room in the second floor is better.”

“I feel that the kitchen and cottage ammentites were sub par to par. Surprised that traveling guests are expected to bring, paper plates, paper towels/ napkins, salt/pepper, toilet paper. For the price of the property, I expected the above items to be provided and I was also surprised to see broken window shades, leaky stained ceilings, rotted wood trim inside and out, remote with a broken back piece, cheap wooden/ wicker furniture. The picture of the cottage we were renting showed……

“We were able to check in early without any problems. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The shuttle service to down town was a great benifit. The drivers provided a wealth of information and recomendations on where to eat and what to do on the island. Strongly recomend anyone making their first to the Keys to take advantage of this resort.”
