“We loved it! Great views, ever changing. Walking opportunities, beautiful area, landscapes are amazing. Helpful owners, loved the chickens walking round. In the evening we made short trips by car to see the deer. The sheep with there lambs were a joy to see (drive carefully!). The house has everything you need, for a longer stay a washing machine would be helpful. We will be back for another stay!”

“Lovely location to explore the Isle of Mull. Beautiful views from the property. Property was very clean and well equipped. The owner, Fiona was lovely, very helpful and pleasant.”

“This very spacious accommodation was clean and all necessary amenities were available. The location was very suitable as a base to explore the island. It is exceptional to have a ruin in the garden. The view from the apartment was amazing.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very roomy and comfortable. The beds were extrememly comfortable and we loved hanging out in the living room area watching the storms outside. The view is gorgeous. It was really nice having a washer and dryer and also being able to turn the heater on as needed. The only issue we had was with the kitchen stove. It worked great the first couple days but ran out of propane. After we changed it, it had issues until we left. Hopefully the host will get……

“While the facilities provided in the apartment were as stated, the dark location at the rear of the building was disappointing with virtually no outlook. The constant humming from the electronics was particularly annoying to hearing aids. We never used the cooking facilities, so cannot comment. For a 1 week stay this is not a great facility and in our opinion is overpriced.”

“We absolutely loved this cottage, peaceful location with stunning views of a 13th Century castle with hens, deer and bird life in your 'front garden'. Very clean and wonderful walks to the loch through woodland. Aldo great location to reach other parts of this wonderful isle of Mull. Richard and Kirsty are also are brilliant hosts. We're planning a return next year.”

Ce fut notre halte préférée. Après une route fatigante de nuit, nous avons trouvé chaleur et bonne humeur chez nos hôtes. “The hotel might look humble from the outside, but is one of the nicest ones I've ever stayed!!! From the comfortable beds, the lovely decor, spacious room and bathroom, and such friendly and professional staff members: we were sad to leave. The room had a good tv, coffee machine and mini fridge, and USB charge points in the power outlets. Breakfast was delicious! When they say bacon, they mean bacon ❤️”

“The indifference of the operator.......we were given an address but house numbers in Tobermoy are erratic thus to give 61 Main Street was hardly why not add 'opposurte the Cafe Fish'? And when we telephoned no one answered. In the flat the first cupboard's handle came off in our hand, the clock did not work for want of a battery and the bathroom light flickered non-stop. Ten minutes work for a caring operator who might also might think to add a (free) map of the island and recommend a……

“Too expensive for performance. Promised water views are obscured by a roof. Living room too dark due to small window. Lighting in the living room defective. Two lightbulbs were replaced by us. Kitchen floor unclean. For groceries, except refrigerator, no possibility of storage. No storage space for toiletries in the bathroom. Bedroom ok”
