“Drury Inn and Suites always offers the most for your money. The large rooms, friendly staff, pool, hot tub, and kickback hour made our stay a wonderful experience. The only issue we had was slow service at the front desk on a couple of occasions. This seems to be a reflection of low staffing, not a lack of effort. Everyone who worked there were consistently kind, just very busy. ”

“The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.”

“Very large, fancy and tidy room. Poor elevator and a lot of people hang out in the lobby without wearing face mask.”

“Everyone was super friendly. Very nice hotel with a lot to offer including a fire pit and grills to cook on. The breakfast buffet was amazing. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.”

“When I booked the room parking was free. I search for establishment’s with no charge for parking. Upon entering the elevator I read parking is $10 a nite. I was not told while checking in there is a $10 parking charge per night. ”
