“Not sure why this place has received so many 5 star reviews. Could be because there is a review index on the refrigerator that says reviews for vrbos/airbnbs are at a different standard and that a 5 star means everything was ok/acceptable. I disagree with this. I have the same expectations of a private booking as I do a hotel/resort. The best way to sum up the property is "lipstick on a pig." It has been superficially updated. Paint and new appliances/decor. Beyond that it is just plain……
