"We didn't like the water park. The adults wanted to be in the pool while our grandson wanted to use the slides. The adults had to wait in the hot son while he enjoyed the slide. It was a bad setup. The floors in the pools were so rough. My feet are still hurting. Our concierge talked to us on the first day and said see would make our reservations for the different restaurants. She never made them for us. We made them on our own only to have problems using the QR codes. I do not like using QR codes for the menus. Paper menus are better. Room snacks were not replenished daily."

"Everything was overall good. The entertainment was my favorite. The entertainers were super nice all throughout the day and it just brought joy to our stay. The food was good can’t complain. Restaurants were easy to get in. Staff was friendly some were kind of cranky but most of them went beyond for you. Like Juan at Windows buffet, he was exceptional. Carlos was my concierge, super helpful and caring. The best of all were the luggage guys. So welcoming! Overall I liked it. For the price it’s a steal. The spa was AMAZING. Loved the sauna, steam room, and the hydrotherapy. The masseuse was super friendly and great at what she does."
