「Scheduled a 4-day stay, had a family emergency the first night and they wouldn't refund me for 3 nights! Not even one refund. Terrible customer service. Couldn't get the manager on the phone for 3 days. Showers are terrible. 」

「Unit was equipped with a small kitchenette- but great breakfast was served in common area on first floor, including egg/potato sausage and biscuits and gravy. Fruit cereal and juices available, in addition to coffee. Staff worked hard to make sure things were well stocked. The room was comfortable and shower was good!」

「We’ve had consistently pleasant experiences with other locations, which is why this one stood out for the wrong reasons. The pool appeared to have a noticeable buildup on the walls, which was concerning. Our room was also missing several basic items like towels and covers for the pullout couch bed, which made things inconvenient. Overall, this stay was disappointing, but based on our past experiences, we believe this location is more of an exception than the norm.」
