“Old facilities but great location and service.”

“A beautiful, historic hotel smack-dab in the middle of Salem, walkable to shops, dining, ghost tours, Witch Museum(s), and what-have-you. Very easy, free parking directly adjacent. Excellent breakfast, professional desk staff. People that complain about the shower and toilet/basin being situated in separate, small rooms likely haven't traveled in Europe. We had no problem with this, and it's fine with me if the shower doesn't steam up the mirror you need to shave in front of. ”

“Very cozy hotel, not like the grand hotels nearby, but equally clean, and very well-located. A lot of options for restaurants, bars and cafes. We are traveling with kids, and they are also very family-friendly. If we go to Boston, we will definitely stay there again.”

“The room is spacious and quiet. The location is close to the subway station. The only things that are a little bit bothering me are 1) ice machine is not functional in my floor so I need to walk to the other floor, and 2) the water pressure in my shower is weak. Other than these minor inconveniences, this is a place to stay at Boston.”
