“The house was very clean and met our needs for the week. The host was very easy to work with and communication was outstanding.”

“Clean and pet friendly. Grass could be mowed but other than that excellent place to stay.”

“Not a bad place to stay for a night. There was a hornets nest by the garage door not the worst thing just kind of annoying. The fans and ac unit in upstairs bedrooms were not really working so sleeping temp was a little rough but not unbearable. Kitchen and living room were a great temp. “Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.”
