「television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return」

「Very hospitable and friendly staff! A bit of a walk to downtown but you can easily take a taxi by downloading “aquarides” or taking the local bus (which is cheap). The area itself isn’t the best but no one gave us any problems. The restaurant upstairs had reasonably priced food and it tasted yummy. 」

「I can’t say enough nice things about it… To be honest, I’m still here. I extended my stay for a couple of days because I did not want to leave. It just feels too nice to be here!」

「Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me.」

「I would recommend this resort to everyone there is something for all ages. The resort is beautiful, the staff is amazing kind and would go out of their way to help any guest. Things I wish I knew: for a standard room you walk right into the bathroom when you enter your room, there is only one door separating the bedroom and the bathroom the water park closes at 6pm, the resort pools close at 7pm」

「This property is great! It’s away from downtown, so quiet but beautiful beach. Restaurants close by, we walked to them. We did not use the pool, but it looked super good. Beautiful canals, hammocks, and chairs everywhere. Convenience store close. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff will get you taxis or excursions.」
