“We booked this property to stay at for spring break with another family. We had 3 children with us. The kids absolutely loved having the theatre room and the game room. There was PLENTY of space for everyone.”

“Room was super clean. Overall decor is old fashioned - country style but that is intentional. Staff was very attentive. Just my personal opinion is that It felt like I was in another person’ house and not a “paying guest”, so for me that felt kind of weird, so I preferred to be inside the room while I was there, but it was just me, and nothing to do with the hotel.”

“Definitely enjoyed the riverview. However the room had missing linoleum, my wife was cut on the rope pull on the closet door. We also put our dont disturb hanger on door because we didn't want housekeeping and on the day b4 we left, the door tag was on when we left in the morning (9am) and by 1100am the door tag was totally gone and our privacy was invaded by housekeeping. So not happy about that. Also the Margaritaville restaurant across the street was terrible. Food was not good. ”

“This was our first time to the Smokey mountains. Loved the hotel & the view!! Very clean & friendly staff! not walkable to downtown Gatlinburg but they do have a shuttle that comes by every 30-35 minutes. ”

“Typical downtown hotel. Room, restaurant, people were all great, location very good as well. Parking way too expensive. Cost $30 to park in garage connected to hotel...only $7 overnight in the garage just north of hotel. If I wouldn't have accidently entered the expensive garage, I'd have been much happier.”

“The property was private - next cabin was several yards away. The directions to get the cabin were very poor. Had to stop and ask how to get there. The carpeting in the cabin had stains, the TV reception was poor, the internet connection was extremely slow. Loved the privacy!!!”
