“We arrived early at the property from the UK, the receptionist was friendly and accommodating and managed to rearrange rooms to find one that was ready so we could check in early. Hotel was clean and near local attractions.”
“Everything was good except the air quality of the room due to dirty carpet that was smothered with carpet freshener, after 3 days i developed a cough, everything else was a good experience”
"Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet.
We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed.
