「The fridge in room made ear piercing sound all nights we were there ..told the staff but no change although they removed some ice off it .Breakfast was good .We stayed 2 nights and no one attended our room for change in towels etc .Overall ok but not great .」

「The carpet and walls in the hallways were definitely worn, but our room was very clean and in good repair. Beds and pillows were comfortable and well cleaned. No complaints. Breakfast had typical options, our family of 5 was satisfied. Coffee was disappointing and smelled/tasted weird. Water was almost undrinkable - BYO Bottled Water!」

「Room was clean. There was some damage to the door not allowing the swing lock to secure the door. I had booked specifically for the location and breakfast. Disappointed in breakfast. It was continental at best with the option to buy breakfast sandwich from front desk. Perhaps have a toilet plunger in rooms so patron doesn’t have to call front desk basically announcing your bathroom challenges.」

「The staff was somewhat friendly but the pool and hot tub were closed so we were unable to use it」

「Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. 」
