「Super clean room. Great sleep」

「The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the poolside restaurant struggled with the dinner crowd. It took 30 mins after we sat down for staff to approach us for our drinks and order. We were in the restaurant for over an hour before we received our food. The food was delicious once it arrived but the wait was ridiculous. I would stay here again but would probably find somewhere else to eat.」

「Arenal Manoa was spectacular - the views, the wildlife, food, pools and the hot springs. It was all laid out perfectly, everything within a few minutes walk. We had an amazing view of the volcano and jungle from our spacious room and my daughter loved the plants in the bathroom :). The hot springs were perfection - we made several visits each day. Staff was kind and attentive. One of the groundskeepers even called my daughter over to give her a beautiful flower from their trimmings. I would...

Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2.
