“Para el precio esperaba en mejores condiciones de las instalaciones, veo que le falta mantenimiento en general, excepto las piscinas que se encuentran muy bien. Con el check in todo bien, el check out mal una persona con cero idea de servicio al cliente. Además el servicio de cable no funcionó nos ofrecieron que llegaría el técnico y jamás se apareció. La ubicación y amenidades bien, el desayuno que incluye no es buffet solo te sirven una vez y si quieres algo mas es con un extra.”

“Terrible service from Hilton. I've stayed at the Hilton many times and the quality of service has gone down drastically. In December I paid for 2 queen beds. When I got there they gave me a room with one queen and one twin size. I didn't get reimbursed for the different room we got. April, I had the same situation happen. They recieved payment for a room with 2 queen size beds, and they did not provide the room we paid . They stated it was because they overbooked, what a coincidence the same……

“I was super excited about staying at this resort because I had heard amazing things about it, but unfortunately my experience was the complete opposite. I understand that every resort has its own policies, but one thing El Salvador is known for is its hospitality—and sadly, the staff here did not reflect that at all. During checkout, instead of simply processing our departure, they told us to wait while they inspected the room to make sure we hadn’t taken anything. That felt extremely offensive.……
