「I stayed at the Travel Inn once before this time and both times were pretty good. I feel the room was even better this time. Room seemed a bit bigger and was clean. Only thing i don’t like is how the tv doesn’t have a guide but thats personal preference. Located in pretty decent area with alot of food options. Seems like a pretty safe area as well. Also, the breakfast could be a bit better but again, personal preference. Overall, would stay again」

「Mr David at front desk was very kind and helpful. Sink was full of water and not draining when we checked in and he came up to clear it. Bathroom and room looked like it had been quite a while since fully cleaned. Maybe just a wet rag over surfaces. Mold in shower and sink, debris on carpet and huge red stains on sofa (blood?). Food and hair in one of the beds. Very surprising for a Home2Suites」

「We booked this hotel in advance, but our flight was delayed, so we didn’t arrive until around 2:00 a.m. Once we saw the condition of the hotel, we wanted to stay elsewhere, but changing hotels at that hour wasn’t practical. Hotels in the area were also sold out because of graduation at Fort Jackson. The staff was wonderful & truly some of the best we have encountered. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was extremely dirty & had a strong musty smell. I had checked the reviews about a month before...

「The front desk definitely needed proper training. There were two ladies there and I received two different answers on certain inquiries from both of them at the same time. Upon checkout, it took the front desk approximately 10 minutes just to figure out if I owed anything, using a Calculator right in front of me. The breakfast definitely needed a freshen up. The eggs were bland, the oatmeal was runny and the potatoes were over salted.」
